The Founder's Story

With over 11 years in higher education and 19 years accompanying the community, especially children and families in difficult circumstances, I have realized that the journey of helping is not just about giving, but also about transforming oneself. Since 2006, I have had the opportunity to work with international non-governmental organizations from France, Singapore, Australia, and NGOs within Vietnam... to support children affected by Agent Orange and poverty, bringing hope to thousands of lives, just as I once was helped and supported.

Throughout this journey, I always wondered: "Why are those in need always more numerous than those who provide support?" After nearly two years of grappling with the thought that "if we merely provide aid without changing mindsets and approaches, the change will not be sustainable," I founded the "Future Protectors" community to test a new direction (starting from September 2023). I found the answer to my question: to inspire anyone to become a Giver and open opportunities for the Receiver to become a Giver. Therefore, I decided to devote 80% of my time and effort to creating experiences and habits of Giving within the community, while the remaining 20% will be spent collaborating with hospitals or humanitarian NGOs to support children and families in difficult circumstances (previously, it was 100%).

From that passion, my associates and I established the Future Protectors Community Development Co., Ltd (SAVE Future) to build a community that not only provides aid but also nurtures the spirit of sharing. We believe that when every heart opens to give, the power of the community will multiply and create miracles.

We call for companionship from compassionate hearts, benefactors, and volunteers; every contribution, whether it is a simple wish or a small act of sharing, has the power to create positive change. The mission of SAVE Future does not stop at helping but extends to spreading faith, so that each of us can ignite the flame of love and sharing for the community.

Sincerely,

M.A. Vu Xuan Thanh.
